Sobremesa was born from a Spanish tradition, a love of cooking and one simple belief: the best part of a meal begins when nobody is ready to leave.

More than a word
In Spain, sobremesa is the unhurried time spent around the table after eating—talking, laughing and being together. It cannot be rushed, scheduled or taken to go.
That feeling is the heart of everything we create here in Huntsville.

Fernando created Sobremesa to share more than recipes. Each experience brings together technique, generosity and the relaxed hospitality he grew up with.
His classes are hands-on but never intimidating. You will learn the why behind every step, make something genuinely delicious and sit down to enjoy it with the people beside you.
