In this four-part series, we explore the craft of handmade pasta step by step — from soft potato gnocchi to delicate filled ravioli and vibrant spinach pasta, culminating in the elegant Uovo in Raviolo.

Each experience focuses on a different technique while sharing the same spirit: preparing food together, understanding the ingredients, and gathering around the table to enjoy the meal we have created.

At the end of every experience, we sit down together to enjoy the pasta, accompanied by house sangria and a sweet finish, embracing the spirit of sobremesa.
