In every class and every recipe, they bring to life the magic of what in Spanish we call  sobremesa: the magic after a meal when conversations flow, experiences are exchanged, and new ideas are born among laughter and shared glasses.

Fernando has deep roots in food and cooking, starting in his grandmother's olive groves that continue to produce liquid gold. Fernando also founded three bakeries in Madrid, Spain that specialize in organic sourdough breads, pastries, and baked goods.
